TradeReady is being built for small trades crews whose day starts on a jobsite, not behind a desk. Muster is our eight-minute daily huddle: a trade-specific warm-up, a focused safety talk, and a quick roll call led by the foreman.

Our mission is to make crew accountability a daily ritual worth keeping. We’re starting with practical routines, useful records, and a culture that rewards showing up and reporting concerns—not hiding them.

Individual soreness check-ins are designed to stay private, with owners seeing crew-level trends. TradeReady does not replace required safety training or medical advice, and we do not promise injury prevention or lower insurance premiums.
